Seafood Filleter (Full-Time)

We’re seeking an experienced and skilled Seafood Filleter to join a busy seafood processing and retail operation in Wellington. If you take pride in precision, quality, and working efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, this role could be a great fit.
As a Seafood Filleter, your responsibilities will include:

• Filleting a range of fish species accurately and to high quality standards
• Ensuring consistency in cut, portion size, and presentation
• Maintaining strict food safety and hygiene practices
• Assisting with processing, packing, and general production tasks
• Working efficiently as part of a small, supportive team
• Managing waste and ensuring workstation cleanliness
