Store Manager

As Store Manager, you are fully responsible for the Coolblue store in Eindhoven. Together with your team, you ensure happy customers and good commercial results. You inspire your team to do their job a little better every day. ## What do you do as a Store Manager at Coolblue? As Store Manager, you are fully responsible for our successful store. A strong and established team of approximately 40 people is ready for you. Together with your Assistant Store Manager, you will focus on their coaching and development. And of course, on creating very happy customers and thereby achieving good commercial results. You set the goals for your store with the Regional Manager, and together with your team, you will work towards them. * Run the store and manage the team together with the Assistant Store Manager. * Make your team a little better every day. Together with the Assistant Store Manager, Shift Leads, and your Regional Manager. * Dive into the metrics of your store and proactively propose improvements. * Use your commercial insight to identify areas for improvement using data. ## This is you * Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent work and intellectual ability). * At least 2 years of management experience. Work experience in the Eindhoven area is a bonus. * Fluent in Dutch. * A feel for electronics. * An inspiration and motivator for your team to become a little better every day. ## You are also looking for this in a job * Based on a 40-hour work week, your gross monthly salary will be between €3,513 and €4,198, depending on your knowledge and experience. * Unprecedentedly good working atmosphere.
