What you’ll do…
- Eingehende Produkte mit dem Bestellformular, den Einkaufsspezifikationen und den Lieferscheinen abgleichen
- Alle Produkte kontrollieren, um die korrekte Menge sicherzustellen
- Preise auf dem Lieferschein mit der Bestellung abgleichen und bei Abweichungen Gutschriftanfragen erstellen
- Produkte ordnungsgemäß verräumen
- Unterlagen genau und effizient pflegen sowie archivieren
- Sonderprojekte und andere zugewiesene Aufgaben bei Bedarf übernehmen
- Monatliche Inventur und stichprobenartige Inventur der Lagerbestände durchführen
