Your day-to-day FINANCIAL RETURNS Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the hotel to the correct point of contact/storage area. Monitor and take inventory on regular basis to compile orders based on par levels or needs. Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly. Ensure that locations where each item its kept is tracked and updated with a simple floor plan. Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities, ensuring everything is in order and nothing is missing. Keep accurate records of inventory levels, par levels, and any discrepancies. Perform regular audits to ensure all items are accounted for and properly stored. Ensure that all goods and deliveries are received and processed in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized storage area, ensuring everything is easily accessible and nothing is damaged or lost. Keep the hotel's inventory management system up-to-date with accurate information.
