Your responsibilities

• Training the team on Visual Merchandising principles.
• Supporting store openings and renovations.
• Customer service in accordance with HUGO BOSS standards - ensuring every visit is a unique experience.
• Cash register operation.
• Ensuring correct product display and cleanliness in the sales area so that customers feel comfortable.
• Receiving deliveries and preparing goods for sale, with attention to ensuring our assortment is always ready on time.

To our BOSS team in Złote Tarasy, Warsaw, we are looking for a full-time Store Visual Merchandiser (m/f/d). If you are interested in fashion and VM, easily build relationships, and can advise customers in choosing the best product - then you are the one we are looking for! Your task will be to create a unique shopping atmosphere, ensure an attractive presentation of collections, and support the team with your responsibility and commitment.

Salary

In accordance with the Salary Transparency Act, we inform you that the salary range for this position is PLN 65,575.00 - PLN 72,300.00 gross per year for a full-time employment contract. Please note that this amount includes not only a fixed base but also variable components (e.g., depending on the team and results). The actual salary will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, specific job requirements, and location. In the case of a civil law contract, the remuneration is determined based on an hourly rate and amounts to PLN 33 gross for this position.
