## Location: Verona ## Who we are: Flutter, the world's largest online sports betting and iGaming group, listed on the London and New York stock exchanges, is the home of the South Europe & Africa (SEA) region, with iconic brands such as Sisal and PokerStars, a globally beloved brand that embodies innovation and ambition, with significant growth potential in a dynamic market. ## What You Will Do: * Joining a team, you will report directly to the Store Associate Manager, responsible for the **Verona** Matchpoint. * You will manage the issuance and conversion of betting tickets through video terminals, also handling cash collection and payouts. * You will promote the opening of gaming accounts by managing the activation procedure and the customer account management. * You will be responsible for managing VLT (Videolotteries) and AWP (Amusement with Prize) gaming machines and provide customer assistance and support. * You will inform our customers about new products, promotions, events, and different gaming modes. * You will request the necessary documentation for anti-money laundering and anti-corruption procedures, when required, and monitor critical events and situations not in line with regulations, in compliance with Responsible Gaming rules. * You will support administrative and reporting activities, assisting the Store Associate Manager and the rest of the team. ## Who You Are: * You have a high school diploma or a vocational training path. * You have previous experience in direct customer contact, sales, and cash management. * You are a curious, proactive person eager to get involved in a dynamic environment. * You are customer-oriented and have a strong service and commercial spirit: for you, the customer always comes first. * You are a reliable, responsible person capable of working both in a team and independently. * You have a strong passion for technology, apps, and possess solid digital skills. * If, in addition to all this, you are also passionate about sports... then we're on the same page: you could be the right person for us! ## Why choose us: Starting salary for this position in Italy **€25,500 - €29,000** gross annual salary, pursuant to the **Commerce** National Collective Labour Agreement, level **4.** This range represents our standard salary reference for the role and respective location; any offer will take into account your experience, skills, and assessment during the interview, and will typically fall within this range. Additional elements of the remuneration package (benefits and/or incentives) may apply based on the role and location. Initial fixed-term contract of 12 months, **20 hours** part-time, **indicated gross annual salary to be prorated based on working hours**.
