Responsible for inspecting and daily maintenance management of regional franchise stores; 2. Able to formulate corresponding store management plans according to company requirements; 3. Able to propose relevant adjustment suggestions based on actual situations of stores and markets within the region, and provide to the company; 4. Conduct preliminary assessments of storefront locations for potential franchise customers (foot traffic, consumer demographics, average transaction value, etc.); 5. Timely resolve customer complaints; 6. Help stores improve performance. Skills required: Language: Chinese and Spanish can be used as working languages Driving license and vehicle: Need to know how to drive (excellent candidates may be flexible) Work experience requirements: No specific work experience required, but previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus, strong communication skills, and good logical thinking.
