Store Manager (m/f/d) Full-time: 100% / Location: Solothurn

Your field of activity
- Lead and motivate your team to success, you create the shift plan in a sales-oriented and efficient manner
- Promote and develop individual team members to achieve peak performance, so that we can celebrate successes together
- Welcome customers in the store and, as a host, enable them to have an unforgettable shopping experience
- Take responsibility for the cash register system and achieving targets
- Present the merchandise and design the store including the window display
- Completed vocational training in retail, with leadership and sales experience, preferably in the textile industry
- You present yourself in a convincing and competent manner and show empathy and respect in everyday life
- You work in a structured way and show flexibility
- Service orientation and affinity for fashion and colors are a plus
- A courteous and well-groomed appearance completes your appearance
