We are looking for a full-time Store Manager:in / Filialleiter: in (w/m/d) for our store in Vienna (Donauzentrum) as of now.

Requirements

Your Role in the Team

• You are part of the Store Management team and are responsible for your own area of responsibility
• Management of your store from a business and retail perspective
• Leading, training, and motivating your team, including personnel deployment and vacation planning
• Recruitment and onboarding of new team members
• Visual Merchandising
• Inventory management
• Customer consulting and service
• Implementation of our Loss Prevention guidelines
• Preliminary preparation and conduct of inventory

Your Qualifications

• Fundamental professional experience in a comparable position
• Textile retail experience
• Basic knowledge of retail KPIs
• Passion for fashion and trends
• Solid English skills
• Outstanding team orientation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

The collective minimum wage for this position is 2,471.00 € based on 38.5 working hours per week. The willingness to exceed this amount is given depending on qualifications and professional experience.
