We’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and help us continue to grow.

The Role

As Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth service, happy customers, and a motivated team. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll balance operational excellence with people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff management and rostering
• Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service
• Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
• Drive sales growth and meet performance targets
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in hospitality or retail management (pizza/quick service experience highly regarded)
• A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills
• Organised, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
• Confident in managing budgets, stock, and operational processes

Qualification & experience

• Previous experience in Store/Retail management or senior leadership roles within retail operations.
• In-depth understanding of convenience store operations and retail sales strategies.
• Strong communication, team leadership, and customer service skills
• Expertise in inventory management, logistics, and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
• Relevant qualifications in Retail, Hospitality and Business Management are preferred
