For the Wycon Cosmetics flagship store in Ferrara, we are looking for a Store Manager who wants to have a highly challenging experience. A key role that offers a growth path towards increasingly important responsibilities.

Your Impact in the Role

You will have a key role in:

-Managing a Wycon store, ensuring operational excellence, commercial results, and KPIs

-Being present on the floor, guiding the team in assisted sales, customer experience, and brand storytelling

-Developing and retaining customers, ensuring a shop experience consistent with Wycon values

-Caring for Visual Merchandising, product display, and restocking

-Actively promoting products, including through make-up trials and personalized consultations

-Managing the operational and administrative aspects of the point of sale

-Training, guiding, and supporting the team, planning shifts, holidays, and work organization

-Collaborating with central functions and key people at headquarters on special projects and initiatives

We are looking for

-Store Managers with experience in retail and assisted sales, coming from dynamic and high-performing environments

-Ambitious leaders, people-oriented, capable of developing talent and building solid teams

-Data-driven professionals, results-oriented, with a strong commercial sense

-Knowledge of English and other languages is a plus

-Gross Annual Salary (RAL) reference Full Time Equivalent (FTE) ranging between €27,000 and €31,000.
