Store Manager (Full-time / 38.5 hours, m/w/d) - Tirol & Oberösterreich Region

Imst, Innsbruck, Lienz, Pasching, Ried im Innkreis, Wörgl

• Disciplinary personnel responsibility (personnel selection, personnel management, personnel development, team leadership) of your stores in collaboration with your Area Manager
• Performance enhancement and responsibility for our sales and customer experience goals including KPI management, sales promotion
• Effective and goal-oriented store operations management (e.g. cash register, warehouse, visual merchandising, branch organization, branch management) in accordance with and implementation of our company guidelines
• Self-directed leadership of daily business as a role model for your team on the store floor and in the administrative back office

The minimum salary according to KV for this position is € 2.535,00 (entry-level salary in the first year of employment on a full-time basis) with willingness to exceed. The actual salary depends on experience and qualifications.
