WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Store Manager Trainee, you will be introduced step by step to leading a store. You will learn how to motivate a team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes.

Jou:

Supports in realizing a strong customer experience in the store and learns how to apply visual and commercial presentations according to our guidelines.
Helps with analyzing sales figures and budget goals and works together with the team on targeted improvements.
Supports in planning operational processes and personnel deployment.
Is introduced to topics such as recruitment, onboarding, team leadership, and motivation, and develops insight into modern leadership structures.
Follows current trends and learns how to apply this knowledge in a effective manner in the daily store practice.
