You will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of managing a store and in particular you will be able to: - Manage the store's financial account and develop commercial strategies useful for reaching KPIs - Ensure impeccable Customer Experience and promote customer loyalty - Care for the store's image to ensure constant application and respect of Visual Merchandising standards - Manage the flow of goods entering and leaving, ensuring a constant organization of the warehouse and correct re-stocking of merchandise in the Store - Strengthen your managerial skills, challenging yourself every day in managing a team We expect an initial fixed-term contract of 12 months and insertion within OVS Store Management School that, with on-the-job training activities and e-learning courses, will offer you a personal and professional growth path. The technical skills are offered by us, we ask you to demonstrate flexibility, problem-solving, result-oriented mindset. To be effective in the role, you will also need relationship skills, organizational skills, leadership skills, and willingness to move across the national territory to better understand our reality and customers. During the first year, you will work in two different stores, discovering Italy with us through managing our stores.
