You will have the opportunity to learn all the secrets of managing a store and in particular you will be able to: - Manage the store's income statement and develop commercial strategies useful for achieving KPIs - Guarantee an impeccable Customer Experience and promote customer loyalty - Take care of the image of the store to ensure the constant application and respect of Visual Merchandising standards - Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring a constant organization of the warehouse and a correct re-assortment of the goods in the Store - Strengthen your managerial skills, putting yourself to the test every day in the management of a team We foresee an initial fixed-term contract of 12 months and inclusion within the OVS Store Management School which, with on-the-job training activities and e-learning courses, will offer you a path of personal and professional growth. We offer you the technical skills, we ask you to demonstrate flexibility, problem solving, results orientation. To be effective in the role, relationship skills, organizational and leadership skills will also be necessary, and the willingness to move throughout the national territory to better understand our reality and our customers. In the first year, in fact, you will work in two different stores, to discover Italy with us through the management of our stores.
