WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Store Manager Trainee, you will be gradually introduced to the leadership of a store. You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. Alongside experienced colleagues, you will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking, always with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success.   

You:

• support the implementation of a strong Customer Experience in the store and learn to implement visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
• assist in analyzing sales figures and budget goals and work together with the team on meaningful improvements.
• help plan operational processes and personnel deployment.
• will be introduced to topics such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Team Leadership, and Motivation and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures.
• follow current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge in a meaningful way in the store's daily operations.

• Your gross salary will be based on the agreed weekly working hours and is € 2,823.- brutto per month (14 times a year). As an additional plus for your new challenge in Innsbruck, we offer you an extraordinary overtime payment of € 350.- brutto. (14 times a year)
