As Store Manager Trainee, you will be gradually introduced to leading a store. You will learn how to lead a motivated team, create an inspiring customer experience, and effectively manage all operational processes. You will develop your leadership skills and entrepreneurial thinking together with experienced colleagues. Always with a focus on customer satisfaction, teamwork, and commercial success.

• You support the implementation of a strong Customer Experience in the store and learn to implement visual and commercial presentations according to our standards.
• You accompany the analysis of sales figures and budget goals and work together with the team on meaningful improvements.
• You help with planning operational processes and personnel deployment.
• You will be introduced to topics such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Team Leadership, and Motivation, and develop your understanding of modern leadership structures.
• You follow current fashion trends and learn how to apply this knowledge in the store's daily operations.
