What you'll do:
During your traineeship, you will learn everything about running a store. You will follow an intensive training program, where theory and practice alternate, and work together with other trainees and your mentor. After the training, you are ready to lead your own store!

• You develop yourself in a dynamic work environment: From energizing your team to achieving commercial goals, you ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You learn everything about leadership: From coaching to managing processes in the store, you get all the tools to excel as a manager.
• You take responsibility: You have the freedom to implement improvements and exert influence to optimize the store process.
• You ensure customer satisfaction: As Store Manager Trainee, you are the face of JYSK for our customers. You ensure a fantastic shopping experience and have an eye for detail in the customer journey.
• You work together with a team of colleagues: Together with your team, you strive for the best results. You learn how to coach, motivate, and lead your team to success.

What you bring:
• You have an MBO work/level
• You have experience in Retail and a good understanding of store processes
• Experience with leadership or coaching? That's a big plus! You have the ambition to develop yourself further into a true manager.
• You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good command of English
• Flexibility is important to you
• You have a result-oriented and social mindset and enjoy the dynamics of the retail world.
