JYSK is looking for you! As Store Manager Trainee at JYSK, you have a crucial role in the success of our store. You coach and motivate your team to achieve goals together and ensure that every customer leaves with a smile!
What do we have in mind for you?
- ️ Step 1: You start as Assistant Store Manager in one of our stores. You learn the trade, customers, products, and colleagues.
- Step 2: You follow an intensive training program of 5 modules, each lasting 5 days, where you learn about KPIs, management styles, attractive stores, and much more. Together with your mentor, you apply this knowledge immediately in the daily operations of the store – with the goal: taking full responsibility for the store.
- Step 3: Then you're ready for the next step. Store Manager? Or even District Manager? … Who knows where you'll end up? (Maybe CEO? Surprise us!)
