How will this work?

• ️ Step 1: You will start as an assistant manager in one of our stores. You will learn about the company, clients, products, and colleagues.
• Step 2: You will follow a comprehensive training program consisting of 5 modules of 5 days each, during which you will learn about key performance indicators, management style, making the store attractive, and many other things. With your mentor, you will immediately put these knowledge into practice in the daily management of the store, with the goal of taking full responsibility.
• Step 3: You will then be ready for the next step. Store Manager? Or even District Manager? ... Who knows how far you'll go?
