WHAT'S IN THE PROGRAM?

Our varied program consists of high-quality training in leadership and sales. You will receive the necessary theoretical background and put it into practice in the store where you work daily.

• The training takes place over 5 individual weeks at a nice location in Belgium and is followed by all trainees. You will overnight here with your colleagues as part of team-building.
• The program consists of five modules, each built around a piece of theory, role-playing and group projects.
• Between the modules, you will be trained on-the-job by the Store Manager of your store and receive coaching and guidance.

The ultimate goal of the training is that you can run your own store after the traineeship!
