WHAT WE FOCUS ON IN OUR TRAINING PROGRAM
Our program offers high-quality training in leadership, management, and store operations, combined with practical experience and theoretical knowledge. In general, you will work and learn closely with other trainees and your mentor.

• Five modules of one week each: theoretical knowledge, case studies, role-playing, group work, team building, and discussions in the plenum
• Between the modules, you will be trained and coached by a designated store manager mentor at your workplace
• After completing the modules, you can expect a celebration to mark the completion of the program
