The group has over 2,400 stores, is oriented towards various retail segments, and is proud to offer its customers the latest products from the best brands. **ROLE DESCRIPTION** The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the point of sale. **DUTIES** Economic Management: - Guarantees the achievement of commercial objectives and constant growth of KPIs; - Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through the execution of sales strategies. Staff Management: - Guarantees optimal management of the personnel organization within the point of sale; - Carries out staff recruiting activities in collaboration with the People department. - Develops and motivates staff and promotes career progression within the group. Customer Service: - Guarantees the quality of store customer service in compliance with procedures; - Manages complaints effectively and professionally. Visual Merchandising: - Guarantees the good general presentation of the store in collaboration with the merchandising team, in order to improve its profitability; - Communicates to the Staff the guidelines for "product launch" and ensures its correct execution.
