Key Responsibilities: To ensure maximum profitability of the store by managing the key financial indicators (eg. sales, gross margin, inventory levels, etc.) and making informed decisions to drive business growth. To lead and direct the store team to achieve operational excellence and business objectives by setting clear goals, providing coaching and feedback, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration. To maintain a high level of customer service by ensuring that all customers are treated with respect, dignity, and professionalism. To ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing by managing inventory levels, ordering stock, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. To manage and control costs by ensuring that all expenses are within budget and that the store is operating efficiently. To identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive business growth and improve profitability. To maintain a high level of compliance with company policies and procedures by ensuring that all employees are aware of and adhere to them. To build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders by providing excellent customer service and building trust and credibility. To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments by attending training and development programs, reading industry publications, and participating in online forums and discussions. To contribute to the development of the company's strategy and goals by providing input and insights from the store perspective. To maintain a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
