Store Manager

Tempjob - Employment Agency (VERONA-BUSSOLENGO), selects for a store located at Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL): Store Manager (2 positions) The resource will be responsible for: - Operational management of the store - Coordination of sales staff and organization of shifts - Cash register management: opening, closing, and transactions - Customer assistance and sales management - Setting up and reorganizing display spaces Requirements: - Previous experience as a store manager or retail supervisor - Autonomy in cash register operations and main retail activities - Leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Excellent interpersonal and customer-oriented skills - Residence in the Cortina d'Ampezzo area or surrounding areas (accommodation not provided, expenses for potential relocations will be reimbursed) Offered: - Temporary contract from 15/07/2025 to 31/08/2025 - Job classification and remuneration commensurate with experience Location of work: Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) Work schedule: - Monday and Friday: 10:00 – 13:00 / 16:00 – 20:00 - Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 – 13:30 / 16:30 – 21:30 Sector: Sales Role: Retail sales/Servicing the public Type of occupation: Temporary work
