You lead a diverse team, your task is to coach and motivate employees!
Together, you ensure that our customers can enjoy customer friendliness, well-stocked shelves, and excellent service every day. 100% satisfied customers: that's what we aim for.
You are ultimately responsible for the store's business results.
ProfileYou have at least a high school diploma (ASO)
You have experience as a manager in retail, FMCG, or another relevant sector.
With your down-to-earth perspective and helicopter view, you are a driving force for daily management.
You dare to take initiative and steer your store towards excellent results.
You work in a structured way and think pragmatically to arrive at quick, simple solutions.
You are 'hands-on' and have a sense of responsibility.
You are flexible and willing to work on weekends and holidays.
You love coaching and motivating teams.
You combine customer friendliness with employee well-being.
