Store Manager - Serravalle

The Role

For our restaurant in Serravalle - Dispensa Emilia Serravalle Retail Park, we are looking for a Store Manager.

The Store Manager is the point of reference for the restaurant and is responsible for its overall performance. They lead the team, ensure the customer experience, and manage the main economic and operational levers of the point of sale, with the aim of achieving sustainable business results over time.

Reporting to the Area Manager and coordinating the restaurant's management team, they will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the economic performance and the main KPIs of the restaurant, monitoring results and promoting the necessary actions to achieve objectives
• Ensuring a customer experience consistent with the values and standards of our brand, monitoring customer satisfaction, and the quality of service and products
• Leading and developing the team by creating a positive, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment
• Organizing the team's work, ensuring compliance with company processes. Promoting continuous improvement, guaranteeing collaboration and operational support to the team

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals who have gained at least two years of experience in managing a point of sale and structured teams, preferably in the organized catering sector, retail, or in contexts characterized by high activity volumes.

To succeed in the role, we consider the following important:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We are looking for leaders capable of achieving results through people, with a concrete, present, and close approach to the team.

What We Offer

• CCNL Turismo e Pubblici Esercizi (FIPE), 2nd level full time, 14 monthly payments
• Salary Range €30,000 – €35,000 depending on acquired seniority
• Variable bonus based on achieved objectives
• Employee meal vouchers (€14 per day) usable at the restaurant
• Supplementary Health Insurance (Fondo Est)
