Responsibilities:

- Organizing, planning and coordinating the store;

- Achieving sales plan and respecting budget;

- Recruiting and selecting personnel, training, motivating and monitoring subordinates;

- Presenting products in-store and in warehouse in accordance with company/brand standards;

- Verifying compliance with internal regulations, procedures and policies;

- Correctly managing personal and accounting documents of the store.

Requirements:

- Positive attitude and desire for development;

- Attention to detail, orientation towards details;

- Good organizer;

- Ability to resolve multiple tasks and respect deadlines;

- Experience in coordinating a team;

- Medium level of written and spoken English.
