REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in the role of Store Manager in the retail sector, preferably fashion (not food).
• Proactive attitude, results-orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented work environment.
• Strong commercial acumen and customer service orientation.
• Excellent knowledge of retail KPIs and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan shifts, objectives, and activities to ensure efficient organization.
• Knowledge of the English language is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Office package.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure the achievement of sales objectives and performance indicators (KPIs) of the store.
• Coordinate, motivate, and develop the sales team through training, coaching, and performance evaluation activities.
• Monitor and optimize the store's economic results, controlling sales, productivity, and operating costs.
• Ensure compliance with company standards for visual merchandising, image, and product presentation.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory, and proper stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and internal policies.
• Analyze sales data and develop commercial actions to improve store performance.
• Foster customer loyalty and promote commercial and promotional initiatives.
• Collaborate with area managers and company functions to ensure effective store management.
• Manage any operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally.

PACKAGE AND BENEFITS

• Fixed salary: between €35,500 and €40,500 (gross/annual) (defined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria: experience, technical specialization, seniority).
• Full-time contract (40 hours per week).
• CCNL Commercio (14 monthly payments) – level: 2nd Level.
