Store Manager

In this new role as our Store Manager, working in the luxury retail segment, you are responsible for achieving our sales targets and creating unforgettable customer experiences.

This means especially:

• being an example for your team and being a brand ambassador for Rituals;
• collaborating with your sector director to define and improve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI);
• developing monthly plans, including optimal staffing levels, based on productivity goals;
• ensuring that store administration is well-managed (cash control, absence management, time recording, inventory, health and safety, and store maintenance). You will also manage the store budget (including expenses and productivity) and update financial results;
• coaching your team, stimulating their well-being and engagement by regularly conducting individual interviews. You know how to establish a connection with your team and organize team meetings to celebrate successes and reflect on areas for improvement and potential developments.
