- Passion for youth fashion and styling
- Ability to influence and lead a team
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Proven results in achieving sales targets and kpis
- Experience in merchandising and optimising store standards
- Leads by example and not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Salary package from $72,000 + monthly bonuses
- Clothing allowance from $1500 per year
- Work life balance on a Tuesday to Saturday roster
