STORE MANAGER – RETAIL (MPUMALANGA)

We are recruiting experienced Store Managers to lead operations at our branches in Nelspruit, Witbank, Middelburg, and Secunda . Each Store Manager will be responsible for the profitability, performance, and customer service standards of their store. This role requires hands‑on leadership, strong financial management, and a proven ability to drive sales and maintain operational excellence. Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential). Relevant tertiary qualification in Retail/Business Management (advantageous). Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a Retail Store Management position. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability. Strong understanding of retail operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve high performance. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and control costs. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Computer literate (MS Office). Valid driver's license. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, and stock management. Manage and motivate store staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management. Achieve sales targets and drive profitability through effective sales strategies. Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience. Manage stock levels and inventory control to minimize losses. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures. Monitor and control store expenses to meet budget requirements. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
