Job Vacancy Description As our new store manager, working in the luxury retail segment, you are ultimately responsible for achieving our sales targets and creating unforgettable customer experiences. This means, among other things: being a role model for your team and an ambassador for the Rituals brand; working together with your area manager to set and improve sales and KPI goals; developing monthly plans (including optimal staffing) based on basic sales data and customer feedback; ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and a welcoming store environment; managing and motivating your team to achieve their goals and develop their skills; staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury retail segment; and contributing to the development of the Rituals brand and its values.
