What We're Looking For:
- Experienced Senior Store, Cluster, or Area Manager
- Passion for style, detail, and delivering standout customer experiences
- Strong commercial acumento drive sales and exceed targets
- A natural leader and motivator, with proven retail operations experience
- Confident, driven, and ready to thrive in a busy environment
The Perks:
- $65k - $75k
- Fortnightly individual commission + annual performance bonus
- Travel expenses covered for store visits
- Roster Days: Tuesday-Saturday
- Store hours: Daily 9 am - 6 pm - share flexi Roster
- 50% staff discount + seasonal uniform allowance
