Store Manager – New Store Opening

For the opening of a new store dedicated to a high-end sports brand, located inside FoxTown Factory Stores in Mendrisio, we are looking for an experienced Store Manager capable of guiding the point of sale towards commercial excellence and customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for the complete management of the store, with the goal of maximizing sales performance, ensuring excellent service to customers, and developing a highly motivated and results-oriented team. They will have a key role in the opening phase and positioning the brand on the local market. Main responsibilities: Customer welcome Operational and strategic management of the point of sale Article reservations Management Warehouse (Stock monitoring, re-stocking, and inventory) Team management: scheduling, attendance, and employee performance Cash register usage Order management with suppliers Achievement of revenue and KPI targets Cost monitoring Sales performance analysis and reporting Creation of a distinctive customer experience, consistent with the brand's values Profile ideal Previous experience of at least 3-5 years as Store Manager Origin from high-end retail sport/fashion sector Strong leadership and team management skills Keen customer orientation and consultative sales skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Complete the picture, excellent communication and relational skills, passion for the world of sports and lifestyle. Fluency in English (essential) Good knowledge of main computer tools. 32-hour weekly activity Availability to work on shifts, weekends, and special events.
