As the Store Manager of our Flagship Wairau Park Store, you will be the driving force behind your store's success. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will:
Own the P&L: Take full accountability for revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
Lead at Scale: Manage and develop a team of 40, ensuring top tier performance and engagement.
Deliver Results: Achieve sales and service KPIs across multiple product categories.
Operational Excellence: Maintain compliance, stock integrity, and flawless execution of merchandising and marketing strategies.
Customer Experience: Set the standard for service excellence, ensuring every interaction reflects expertise and professionalism.
