Store Manager - New Opening Parma C.C. 'Parma Promenade'

We are now seeking a talented Store Manager to lead our new opening at Parma C.C. 'Parma Promenade'. As the key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment within your store team. Key responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability; • Lead and motivate a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service; • Foster strong relationships with local suppliers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and community engagement; • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions and optimize store performance; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the sportswear or outdoor sectors; • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment; • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team; • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions; • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
