Job description

In the role of Shop Manager for a luxury company, you will combine your commercial talent with your exceptional leadership skills to manage a successful boutique. Inspire your team and guide it in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and achieving great sales results. This will include:

fostering employee well-being and active participation through individual meetings, creating an authentic connection with your entire team;
collaborating with the Area Manager to define daily objectives and actions to increase sales and meet KPIs;
planning monthly schedules based on productivity goals;
ensuring impeccable store management, managing the boutique's P&L;
managing inventory and daily operations, including ordering and cleaning.
