For a client company in the Premium Retail sector, we are selecting:

MULTIBRAND FOOTWEAR STORE MANAGER_MARGHERA

If you are passionate about assisted sales in dynamic environments, you will be integrated into a large-scale store, specializing in footwear, accessories, and apparel for the whole family.

What will you be responsible for?

• Supervising the team in customer management and assisted sales activities; you will be responsible for customer loyalty and increasing the store's customer base;
• You will be responsible for the store, visual merchandising, and warehouse management according to company directives; you will also be responsible for the management, training, and motivation of sales staff;
• Analyzing the store's performance indicators, also taking care of product restocking and order management.

Do you have these skills and characteristics?

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role, preferably within structured, large-scale Retail environments;
• Excellent communication skills, cheerfulness, flexibility, adaptability, analytical mindset, and leadership qualities;
• Good ability to work in a team, also playing an operational role on the floor;
• Good ability to interpret economic data and monitor KPIs.

Profiles with sales experience in large-scale retail environments and the desire to grow professionally in a dynamic and operational context will be evaluated positively.

Working Hours:

Full-Time, Monday to Sunday on shifts.

Contractual Offer:

Direct employment contract, fixed-term or permanent.

Applied National Collective Labor Agreement: Commerce

Job Classification Level: 2nd/1st Level

Expected Salary: Annual Gross Salary €33,500/€35,200

Variable elements: €1,000.00/€1,200.00

Work Location: Marghera
