Join National Tiles as a full-time Store Manager based at our Woolloongabba store, where you will run a well-supported store with the autonomy to lead your team, lift performance, and build a customer experience that stands out in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve sales and KPI targets
- Foster a collaborative workplace where team members are motivated, recognised and supported to grow
- Create a customer-obsessed culture that delivers meaningful showroom experiences to customers and exceeds expectations
- Drive store performance and oversee store operations, including rostering, budgeting, and stock control, to ensure efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance, safety and brand presentation standards are consistently met across the store at all times
- A proven leader with the ability to influence, motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Results-driven and motivated about achieving business goals
- Experienced in managing sales targets, KPIs and store performance with efficiency and care.
- Organised and adaptable with strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experienced in the flooring, interiors or building industry is advantageous but not essential
- Having a forklift licence is advantageous - or we will support you to obtain one
