Store Manager (m/w/d) - Telfs (30-38.5 Wochenstunden)

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Store manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store and lead your team to create an inspiring, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. You will ensure an excellent operational and visual customer experience, foster active collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking at all levels.
You:
- are responsible for the entire customer experience in-store, ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation, setting service tools to strengthen customer loyalty.
- analyze sales and budget targets, lead targeted optimizations and implement them with your team – while maintaining cost-effective store maintenance and sensible resource utilization.
- plan tasks and personnel deployment efficiently, ensure the smooth operation of all processes – from sales floors to storage areas, cash registers, and cabin routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
- develop your team strategically through recruiting, onboarding, regular feedback conversations, and individual development, as well as succession planning further – and strengthen motivation, cohesion, and performance culture.
- track current fashion trends and relevant influencers with a keen sense of style and ensure that your team uses this knowledge to create a targeted customer experience.

- Your gross salary will be based on the agreed weekly working hours and is €3,549,- brutto per month (14 times a year).
