• As Store Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the operational business of your market
• A key focus of your activity lies in leading and motivating your team and their further development
• You steer and monitor the financial key figures (profit, turnover, inventory turnover) and create annual plans and cost calculations
• The responsibility for complying with all statutory regulations (e.g. HACCP, price labeling etc.) is in your hands
• You increase the store's profitability through your own targeted measures in coordination with management and conduct regular market and competition observations
• You are responsible for advertising, product presentation, and price labeling
• You are the contact person (m/w/d) for local authorities/offices, press, schools etc.

• You have completed a commercial education (possibly a specialized further education - e.g. as a retail manager - or a corresponding study)
• You possess several years of experience in large-scale retail (preferably food retail)
• You have relevant experience in the area of employee leadership and in cooperative collaboration with the works council
• You have very good knowledge of the industry and competition
• You are communicative, self-reliant, contact-friendly, customer-oriented, flexible, and resilient
