The bela-cash & carry markets (bela c+c for short) are the c+c markets of Bartels-Langness Handelsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG. They follow the principle of cash & carry wholesale markets in Schleswig-Holstein for commercial enterprises, self-employed persons, freelancers, institutions, authorities and associations.

Tasks:

• Disciplinary and technical management of employees
• Control of the business key figures of the market
• Co-responsible for continuous in-house MHD and freshness control in all product range areas
• Responsible for goods disposition, adherence to the specified goods placement, goods presence, and the implementation of the weekly sales activities
• Co-responsible for compliance with all legal regulations (e.g. HACCP, organic guidelines, price labeling, article labeling and description)
• Training and support of trainees and junior managers
• Conducting representative discussions
• Designing advertising campaigns and secondary placements
• Tasks with the merchandise management system (including returns, write-offs and price changes)
• Inventory preparation and execution

Requirements:

• Completed studies (preferably business administration) or completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in retail
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a management position
• You have already acquired product knowledge
• You bring enthusiasm for retail and experience in employee management for this exciting task
• You enjoy dealing with customers in direct sales conversations
• A team-oriented and independent way of working completes your profile
