Responsibilities Stock Management: Ensure that stock is accurately received & unpacked to merchandise and replenish the store. Monitor and manage stock levels through defined processes (stock counts, stock takes, stock loss action plans etc.) to mitigate risks (stock loss) and ensure adequate stock on hand. Oversee the overall maintenance of the stockroom to meet housekeeping standards. Authorise write offs, breakages, recalls, OBF (out of box failures), cellular repairs and returns. Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, customer service and employee engagement. Achieve sales targets by ensuring that all store displays are visually appealing, well-merchandised and easy to navigate. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and improve customer satisfaction. Manage the store's budget to ensure optimal profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
