Job description: We are looking for a Store Manager who will be responsible for managing our store in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate should have experience in retail management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising; • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and ensure they are well-trained and knowledgeable about our products; • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction; • Analyze sales data and make informed decisions to optimize store performance; • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards; • Collaborate with the buying team to select products that meet customer needs and drive business results. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a luxury environment; • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction; • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities; • Fluency in Spanish is required; English language proficiency is an asset.
