Store Manager Milan - Food Retail

Opportunity:

For a rapidly expanding entity in the Food Retail sector, we are seeking a Store Manager for the Milan store. The resource will be responsible for overseeing all store activities, both in terms of economic management and operational procedures.

Position:

Specifically, they will have the following responsibilities:

• Coordination of team activities composed of 10 resources
• Is operationally responsible for the management of the Store (standards, procedures, sales, and inventories).
• Ensures standards regarding customer satisfaction.
• Monitors and incentivizes the achievement of KPIs.
• Handles shift planning
• Is responsible for the onboarding of new resources and planning their training

Requirements

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in the role of Store Manager or Assistant Manager
• Excellent people management skills
• Results orientation
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational, relational, and communication skills
• Attitude to work towards objectives

Work location: Milan
