The Store Manager is directly responsible for the efficient all-round management of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory control, visual merchandising, employee development and overall store performance. This includes but is not limited to: • Sales: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge and excellent customer service. • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about our products, understanding customer needs and preferences, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels, minimize waste and maximize sales opportunities. • Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing through effective product placement, display and visual merchandising techniques. • Employee Development: Develop and motivate employees to achieve their full potential, provide training and coaching as needed, and ensure a positive work environment. • Store Performance: Monitor and improve overall store performance by tracking key performance indicators such as sales, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and inventory turnover. Requirements: • 3-5 years of retail management experience with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction. • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve their full potential. • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances. • Strong product knowledge and understanding of the jewellery industry.
