This includes but is not limited to: • Leading and directing the store operations team to ensure effective store operations, including stock management, cash handling, customer service, and store appearance. • Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. • Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all customer complaints are resolved in a timely and professional manner. • Managing and controlling store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock levels are maintained at optimal levels. • Ensuring that all store operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, and that all relevant legislation and regulations are adhered to. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve store operations, including implementing process improvements and identifying areas for cost savings. • Maintaining a high level of integrity, honesty, and professionalism in all aspects of the job. • Performing other duties as required by the company. • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, commerce, or a related field). • At least 3 years of experience in a retail or FMCG environment, with a minimum of 1 year in a management or supervisory role. • Proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets. • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. • Ability to travel to other stores or company offices as required. • What we offer • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Ongoing training and development opportunities. • A dynamic and supportive work environment. • The opportunity to work for a leading retailer in the FMCG industry. •
