This role will be responsible for managing the store's daily operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the retail industry, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: • Manage and lead the store operations team to achieve sales and profitability targets. • Ensure the efficient operation of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service. • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage and control store expenses to ensure profitability. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase sales and improve profitability. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. • Develop and implement plans to improve store appearance and maintain a clean and organized store environment. • Ensure the store is fully stocked and well-maintained at all times. • Manage and control stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels. • Develop and implement plans to improve store processes and procedures. • Ensure the store is fully compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. • Develop and implement plans to improve employee morale and engagement. • Ensure the store is fully compliant with all relevant company policies and procedures. • Develop and implement plans to improve customer service and satisfaction. • Ensure the store is fully compliant with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
