JOB DESCRIPTION

As Store Manager of the new LIU∙JO women's store south of Catania, you will have the following responsibilities:

• you will be an ambassador for the brand;
• you will be responsible for the selection and management of your team;
• you will motivate and develop the skills of your sales team;
• you will implement customer acquisition and loyalty strategies;
• you will always ensure that visual merchandising guidelines are followed according to HQ instructions;
• you will be the guarantor of KPI optimization to achieve sales and revenue objectives.

SKILLS

The requirements for this position are as follows:

• solid experience gained with premium clothing brands, recognized for product quality and assisted sales;
• team management skills and a strong team spirit;
• dynamism, initiative, and problem-solving skills;
• good knowledge of English.
